Open Flow Single Bushings
In the field of thermoplastic moulding material, INJECTION POINT has developed the FLS3, FLS7, FLS10 bushings. All FLS3, FLS7, FLS10 components are totally interchangeable each other.
In this way we can meet the considerations for quality and cost with respect to new bushings and maintenance.
The bushing heater is supplied by a spiral heater and separate thermocouple machined inside the bushing, at the front, to ensure better temperature control of the bushing.
Operating procedures
- With P.O. Pls indicate moulding machine nozzle shape.
- Fxp: feed gate and tipe are both to be defined by request and/or in according with our drawing dept.
- Pls note: further to the shown sizes it is possible to execute special application.
- Version for filled materials is also available.
