IPM: multiple bushings
All IPM components are totally interchangeable with each other.
In this way we can meet the considerations for quality and cost with respect to new bushings and maintenance.
The bushing is supplied with 2 heaters an internal 24v heater which can be used without a thermocouple or with thermocouple and 240v heater band which can also be used with or without a thermocouple IPM-A bushing can be supplied with special multitips.e. edgegates or forward feed.
In case of:
- using filled thermoplastic material the IPM can be supplied with titanium coating tips and body
- using thermoplastic material as PVC and Fluorpolymers the “IPM” can be supplied in special alloy steels
Tips:
- please contact our Design Department to define both the injection hole and the tip diameter
- in addition of dimensions shown on the following sketch we can provide special applications
Fxp: feed gate and tipe are both to be defined by request and/or in according with our drawing dept.
Pls note: further to the shown sizes it is possible to execute special application. Version for filled materials is also available.
